How did she "cause" Benghazi?

Simple.....she ignored warnings.....gutted security after an earlier attack....didn't plan for all contingencies...and failed to close the consulate when every other country wisely closed theirs, leaving their people to fend for themselves. Then lied about what caused it. Never tried to punish the perpetrators and have not attempted to kill or capture the guilty parties. They caught one guy as a token gesture, but only because a journalist found him for them.
