Blacks are socially inferior as an aggregate; they have a proven propensity for violence - they are slow to reason, quick to wrath. You can't fix stupid so expect more of the same.

There should be a criteria you have to meet, before you have children. People who live in the ghetto projects, and receive tax payer money should not be allowed to procreate. That is not the proper enviroment for a child, and they can't afford any! Those children are future gangbangers.

If I couln't leave Chicago, I would remain well armed, and ready to use. Mr.Gates had the right idea - so did Charles Bronson in death wish. When your government won't protect you, it is incumbent upon you to be prudent.

FBI director: New era of "reluctant" police officers

CHICAGO -- The head of the FBI has a theory about what is behind a rise in gun violence in big cities. And he talked about it on Monday in one of those cities -- Chicago.

Six people died and 28 were wounded in gun violence over the weekend in Chicago. Homicides in Chicago are up 19 percent this year. In other major cities there have been sharper increases in homicides. Homicides are up 44 percent in Washington D.C., 62 percent in Milwaukee, and 73 percent in Nashville.

FBI Director James Comey discussed the spike with a group of police chiefs on Monday.

"Some part of what is going on is likely a chill wind that has blown through law enforcement over the last year," he said. "That wind is made up of a whole series of viral videos and the public outcry that followed them."

Comey believes cellphone video posted outlined from Freddie Gray's arrest in Baltimore, and Eric Garner's in New York, has put police officers to the test and could be changing how they work. Both Gray and Garner died after their encounters with police.

"In today's YouTube world, are officers reluctant to get out of their cars and do the work that reduces violent crime?" Comey asked.

But Comey's remarks put him at odds with President Obama.

Appearing on MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell Reports with guest host Peter Alexander, a youth leader of the protest movement in Chicago that was triggered by the police shooting of a black teenager in 2014, demands that the police department be defunded and the money be reallocated “to fund black futures.”

The Washington Free Beacon reports that Breanna Champion of the Black Youth Project called it "unheard of" and “unacceptable” that police receive 40 percent of the city’s budget. Her organization wants that money

As the Beacon explains,

Anti-police protests broke out in Chicago after the recent release of a police dash-cam video showing a white police officer, Jason Van Dyke, shoot and kill 17-year-old Laquan McDonald, who seemed to be walking away in the video, with 16 bullets. Van Dyke has since been charged with first-degree murder, 13 months after the incident.

The Chicago police department tried to keep the video from being shown to the public until a judge ordered that it should be released.

Since then protesters have taken to the streets, saying that the police department is corrupt and discriminatory against blacks. They have also called for Mayor Rahm Emanuel to resign, alleging that he ordered the video to be covered up until after he won reelection in April. The Chicago mayor fired Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy after the firestorm started.

As TruthRevolt reported this morning, in a speech on Wednesday, Emanuel apologized for any wrongdoing that occurred and promised to reform the police department. Champion told MSNBC that protestors will continue to demand his resignation, but removing the mayor from office is “not the main goal of the movement":

“One of our major demands is that police be defunded and that that money used to fund police be used to fund black futures, and be used to fund our communities and things that we need."

In light of the high level of crime, murder and mob violence in Chicago, new warnings from police there should probably get attention.

Second City Cop, a widely read blog run by current and former Chicago police officers, now has shared an ominous prediction with WND:

t is almost a certainty that if these “wildings” continue, the casual tourist will become a rarity in short order, and a tourist intent on enjoying Chicago will come to town armed, as many already do. You don’t hear about it because they aren’t usually confronted by criminals.

Given the “current lawless climate” in the city, “it is likely, almost a certainty that someone will have to defend themselves or a loved one from the out-of-control individuals currently prowling through Chicago.”

According to the Chicago Tribune, seven people were shot to death and 30 more were wounded across Democrat-controlled Chicago last weekend, raising the number of shootings in the city to at least 120 in the first ten days of 2016.

Those figures include three people shot at a party four blocks from the home of Mayor Rahm Emanuel.

Here's the breakdown: as of Monday morning, according to Tribune statistics, at least 19 people have been killed in gun violence in the Windy City so far this year, and at least 101 more have been wounded. That total is three times the total this same time last year, when nine people had been killed and another 31 wounded.

Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi released a statement blaming most of the violence on "chronic gang conflicts":

Noted lefty actor John Cusack plays Father Mike Corridan, a clear representation of real-life radical leftist Chicago priest Father Michael Pfleger, who is a longtime friend and supporter of Barrack Obama, Jeremiah Wright, and Louis Farrakhan. Cusack’s character delivers a fiery sermon to a packed African-American church mourning the death of another child, in which he pushes the predictable leftist line: children die because politicians are in the pocket of the National Rifle Association; gun shows provide buyers a loophole to avoid gun control laws; crime will end when young blacks are guaranteed jobs (“and I don’t mean at minimum wage!”); Jesus was a social justice warrior (“He rolled with the poor”).

Meanwhile, in the film’s least bombastic and most effective plea for blacks to take charge of ending the culture of violence, a young gangbanger crippled for life by a bullet tells the stubborn Chi-Raq that the thug life is no life at all: “This ain’t livin’. This ain’t life. We gotta do somethin’ different, bro.”

Lysistrata’s movement quickly goes national, then international, as women from places as far-flung as India and Brazil get behind the “No peace, no pussy” commitment. Back home, her next step is to seize the Chicago Armory (under the command, bizarrely, of a caricatured, openly racist, Southern white general whose office is adorned with a huge Confederate flag). This prompts the riot police and even the Army to step in for a standoff. The police commissioner, a black man, argues with Lysistrata that thuggish behavior isn’t winning her side any sympathy. She finishes with a pro-Black Lives Matter speech and expresses contempt for “you and your Ben Carson sort.”

In “Spike Lee's Troublesome Chi-Raq Does Not Have the Answers,” a reviewer at the radical feminist site Jezebel called complains that the director muddied his message by incorporating “too many” points of view – by which she probably means anything other than the Black Lives Matter perspective. She resents that he puts “a large onus on black people to, in Lee’s words, ‘Wake up’ and search inward.” She’s frustrated that he said in an interview, “We cannot be out there [protesting] and then when it comes to young brothers killing themselves, then mum’s the word… You can’t ignore that we are killing ourselves, too.” Who exactly is ignoring it? the reviewer wonders.

Who is ignoring it? Too many young blacks. Chicago in 2016 is well on its way to setting a record pace for gun violence: in the first eleven days of the year, at least 120 victims have been either killed or wounded by gunfire, mostly from gang rivalries. Lee couldn’t have predicted that the timing of his movie (it opened in limited release in December) would be so tragically perfect.

Four black Chicago teenagers are being questioned by police after live streaming the kidnap, binding, and torture of a young mentally disabled white man while yelling “f*** white people” and “f*** Trump.”

According to Fox32, Chicago police learned about the Facebook Live video on Tuesday afternoon. It shows the victim gagged with tape, tied up, and slouched in the corner of an apartment where he is slapped and cut on his head. A female participant filmed for 30 minutes, often complaining because not enough friends were commenting.

The news report states:

Detectives think the victim, who lives in the suburbs and appeared to be in his late teens or early 20s, met some acquaintances in northwest suburban Streamwood and they drove him to Chicago in a stolen vehicle… The victim is then believed to have been held hostage and tortured in an apartment in the 3400 block of West Lexington on the West Side.

Police said the victim was a classmate of one of the suspects. He was held hostage for at least 24 hours and as long as 48 hours.

Police found the victim shortly after being released walking down a street wearing shorts. Because it is cold in Chicago, police approached the victim and noticed he was disoriented and upset and took him to the hospital to be treated.

In the video, the suspects threaten to murder the victim several times and have him repeat “f*** Donald Trump.”

Amazingly, Fox32 states that Chicago PD doesn't believe the crime was politically motivated. A superintendent said, “I think some of it is just stupidity, people just ranting about something that they think might make a headline. I don't think that at this point we have anything concrete to really point us in that direction, but we'll keep investigating and we'll let the facts guide us on how this concludes.”

The story is trending on Twitter under the hashtag #BLMKidnapping. An alleged mugshot of the female suspect who filmed is being posted alongside a multitude of outrage that mainstream media outlets are steering clear and not covering it very much at this point.

Four teens were being held by Chicago police Wednesday after a shocking Facebook Live video showed what appeared to be the beating and torturing of a bound and gagged fellow teenager with mental health challenges while they yelled anti-white expletives.

Officials said they expect to file charges against the four 18-year-olds, two men and two women, within the next 24 hours.

Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson called the video a "brutal act" that was "broadcast for the entire world to see."

"It's sickening," Johnson said at a news conference Wednesday night. "It makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that. I've been a cop for 28 years and seen things that you shouldn't see in a lifetime, but it still amazes me that you see things that you shouldn't."

The video, first aired Tuesday and then put up on YouTube, showed four young people kicking, slapping and cutting a someone who is tied up on the floor in the corner of a room. The people could be heard yelling "F--- Donald Trump!" and "F--- white people!" at various points throughout the 30 minute video.

One of the four suspects allegedly recorded the brazen incident and allowed people watch it in real time on her Facebook page.

The assailants in the video can be heard laughing, discussing drug use and putting the victim "out of his misery" and cursing the president-elect, while the bound victim moans through his gag.
