There is no laws nor guarantees about a right to express views via signage. Put your dumb assery you hold so dear in a private place like your yard. Public spaces not for such a thing. It’s another one way street of expression as lib loons would sprawl to the fainting couch if we were discussing “I Love Trump” signs all over the place. The county won’t pick up a pile of removed signs if the pile is still on the right of way strip but will remove if they are slightly in the gutter. Far more effective decluttering
