Before I, or anyone, saw the classified and/or highly confidential hacking intelligence report, it was leaked out to @NBCNews. So serious!

Didn't sound like classified information was leaked does it? If anything the source was reenforcing the validity of the public report.

Same reason as everything else --- because he's a completely self-absorbed Narcissist who never takes responsibility for anything, ever. In this case first he set himself up as Earth's Foremost Authority on Everything, having no need for generals or intelligence agencies or anybody. Then when somebody else actually reads the reports he had shrugged off in his navel-gazing narcissism, he runs to Twitter to start whining.

America just in effect adopted a seven-year-old with deep psycho problems.

It's hard to believe this sort of Twitter output could be put out by an adult, let alone one who's seventy years old. Reads more like a junior high school girl's diary.
