Cleveland boy with fake pistol killed by police

I guess being twelve absolves you of any wrongdoing.

Say, how old were those girls in that Slenderman case?

If they're younger than 12 they must be super innocent.
NO DUMB ASS, BEING A 12 YEAR OLD THAT HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG ABSOLVES HIM OF ANY WRONG DOING YOU DUMB SHIT.

Who did this 12 year old hurt? Did he offend you? YOu want a tissue?

The kid was 12. The blame goes to the 911 caller and the cop that killed the 12 year old.

...so it's the 911 caller and cop's fault the kid was pointing a gun at people. Logical? No.
12 year old kid playing in a park with a toy gets killed. And your reasoning is that it's the child's fault for being shot to death by an adult with a real gun. The boy didn't hurt anyone.

Certainly is his fault. No one could tell if that gun was real or not. Don't go waving a gun around and pointing it at people unless you want to get shot.

Doesn't matter how old the kid was. A group of juveniles beat a homeless man to death in that park not long ago. A kid with a gun is just as dangerous as any criminal. The way he was walking around pointing at people, someone else might have shot him if the police hadn't showed up first.
Who did this 12 year old beat the shit out of?

Along the lines of perception, it was a gun.

Please stop pretending it wasn't a gun replica.

It's disturbingly dishonest and creepy..

No it was not a gun it was a toy. You one of those TSA weirdo's that freak out when someone has a picture of a gun?

So in this thread, RKM has a mental breakdown over whether it's proper to point a gun at people for fun.

"Nah, it's just a toy, let him terrorize the people and not face any sort of consequences for his actions. Even though it looks exactly like a gun, let's not let this fact get in the way. We should expect and consider this kind of horrific behavior as not only normal, but acceptable. May God damn the caller and cop for responding to someone pointing a gun at people. HARUMPH!"

He was doing something wrong, he was intimidating people with a realistic looking "toy" gun.

That is why the cops were called.

How long can you defend stupid behaviour?

Im a CCW holder. If he pointed that thing at me walking down the street, I would have shot him.

If he had brought it to school, he would have been expelled.

"IT WAS A TOYYY! IT WAS A TOYYY! IT WAS A TOYYY! EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE A GUN AND WAS UNDISCERNABLE. IT WAS TOYYY! TOYYYYY! TOYYY....."

:D

State Rep. Alicia Reece of Cincinnati announced Sunday that she will introduce legislation to require all BB guns, air rifles and airsoft guns sold in Ohio to be brightly colored or have prominent fluorescent strips. It is modeled after a bill signed by California Gov. Jerry Brown.

Probe begins after Cleveland police fatally shoot 12-year-old boy who pulled BB gun NOLA.com
What will be the penalty for removing it, like this kid did?

Doesn't do any good any way. Criminals paint real guns to look like toys. Toy or not, you can't go around pointing guns at people in public. He wasn't just in the park playing cops and robbers with a few friends. He was out there wandering around pointing this gun at random people walking down the street. The gun was not exactly a toy either. It fired pellets, which could injure someone.

That means nothing for apologists for stupidity.

Way back when I was growing up toy guns were very popular, much more popular than today. All the kids had at least one toy gun and actually played with them outside in public not just in their back yards. These toy guns were not marked with orange tips that scream this is a toy. So why were there not more cops shooting kids back then?

How can you say there weren't more police shooting kids playing with guns back then?

There was obviously a big problem back then that brought about the orange plug on the barrel tip law & PSA's about kids playing with toy guns. Just because you you were to young & dumb to read the news, didn't have 24hr cable news or global internet information, doesn't mean these problems didn't exist back when you were a kid. There is also a new gang culture rap thug craze teaching young people to pull guns on police, attack police, don't snitch to police & shoot rival gang members.
