Skokin was sacked because the EU, IMF, and the US insisted he be sacked for corruption. Biden just joined in the pile on.

Cuomo was acting in the best interests of the Democratic party, who all of a sudden look at Biden's candidacy as a big liability. Democratic candidates are a reflection of their parties lack of vision, imagination and intelligence. Now it looks like they will be transitioning from old crooks to even less desirable young socialists.

Hence no personal advantage

Biden acted in the interests of the country

Trump was acting in his personal interests to get dirt on a political opponent

Right, it had nothing to do with Biden protecting his son from prosecution. You guys are on another level of stupid.

Not exactly accurate. The fact Biden was acting on the behalf of the US does not remove the potential for personal gain also.

Correct, there was nothing Bidens son had done that is prosecutable

Sorry, meant to say Biden's son's company. If the company was brought down, his son would likely lose his cushy job on the board which was paying him 50k/mth for showing up 2 times per year for meetings. That alone is a little sketchy.

Not sketchy when you look at the other board members and their arrangements.

Impeach the SOB
  • Ukrainian officials understood that President Donald Trump would only speak to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a July phone call if Zelensky agreed to discuss investigating former Vice President Joe Biden, ABC News reported.
  • "It was clear that Trump will only have communications if they will discuss the Biden case," Serhiy Leshchenko, an anticorruption advocate and adviser to Zelensky, told the outlet. "This issue was raised many times. I know that Ukrainian officials understood."
  • The White House released notes of the call on Wednesday which confirm that Trump repeatedly pressed Zelensky to investigate Biden ahead of the 2020 election, as well as help discredit the Russia investigation and the former special counsel Robert Mueller.
  • The phone call is at the heart of an explosive whistleblower complaint against Trump that was turned over to Congress on Wednesday.

Obtaining the "dirt", aka evidence of Biden's corruption, is in the interests of the country, jackass.

"CNN anchor Chris Cuomo made a rare admission on Wednesday night that former Vice President Joe Biden "absolutely" engaged in a quid pro quo with Ukraine, but insisted it wasn't for "personal advantage."

In other words:
'He did it....but here's why I think he did it.'

Of course he did it. He bragged about doing it in video-taped confession....

.
Seriously Troll, I don't see Trump having much trouble dodging his attempt to get Ukraine to investigate his political rival for his own political gain, which should be impeachable and surely other potuses have at least tried to do so as well, but if your DRIVEL is the best they got, he's toast.
