College student barred from class for saying there are two genders

He should sue the school for violating his rights.

What "rights" of his were violated, exactly?
How about his right to attend a class he paid dearly for?

There's no "right to attend class".
He paid for the class and under federal law unless he violated some law or code of the school they can not deny him class time or the class simply for an opinion. Or in this case fucking scientific fact.

He was removed from class for being disruptive and disrespectful.

How much would you like to bet that's in the School "code"?
Kicked out for being disruptive in an age where college professors are encouraging their students to take class time to block traffic and disrupt conservative speakers?

I hope the guy sues and wins.

His right to share his opinion was violated.

If giving an opinion is a disruptive and disrespectful move to make, then every person guilty of such an action should be busted for it and not just the boy who was. For those who want equality to be out there in America, that right there is what it looks like whether people approve of it looking like that or not.

God bless you and the him always!!!

Kind of like being pulled over for "being black in the wrong neighborhood" right?

"Disruptive and Disrespectful" can be interpreted any way someone in power sees fit.

The teacher didn't just remove him she barred him from any further attendance. She invited discussion about gender, and kicked him out threatening his graduation because of her intolerance to his opinion. There is no one more intolerant than an 'inclusive' Liberal.

Fascist professor, a student should be encouraged to challenge and question, allowed to voice their opinions. I'd yank my child out of that "institution of learning" in a NY minute

How was he being disruptive?
By stating the obvious?
