And by the same legal document and his testimony later Comey now faces legal jeopardy in two fronts. One for participating in obstruction of Justice when he agreed to call a criminal investigation a "matter" at the behest of the corrupt Obama and Lynch, and two for leaking privileged information! And God knows what else he's leaked in the last year and half. Sounds like all Comey cared about was his job, regardless of what's in the best interests of the people.
