Compassion is an admirable human trait, but do republicans have any?

I'm sure that many republicans do a lot selfless things for their own family and friends in time of need. What I'm skeptical of, though, is that republicans have compassion for anyone else. I don't think they do. It makes you wonder how selfish they really are. They love their family and friends, but that's part of human nature. True selfless compassion would be compassion for anyone. Republicans don't have that.

I mean, sure, it's reasonable to suggest that anyone who is capable of self-sufficiency should rely on their own, but republicans like to kid themselves into thinking ANYONE who is poor or disadvantaged should only blame themselves. This of course applies to children in poor families that republicans don't at all care about saving even if their own parents won't. The large majority of people on food stamps are either children, veterans, the disabled, or the elderly, but republicans insist on gutting that program 100%. They would rather harp on the laziness of poor parents. It makes them feel good to remind themselves that other people are inferior to them. It's childish, but that's who they are.

So beyond their family and friends (who may possess self-sufficiency regardless), who do republicans care about?

I am not a "Republican" but I am most definitely not a fabian socialist leftard. I am "conservative" as in I am a firm believer in the organic constitution and the Bill of Rights. Instead of paying tithes to a 5013C church? I set aside a certain amount (well over ten percent) of this fiat currency backed by nothing with an intrinsic value and randomly pay forward for those that God lays upon my heart to help. Have you ever scoped out someone you believed to be in need and taken your debit card and swiped it to pay for groceries for someone? Have you ever seen the tears well up in the eyes of the one you helped? I have.....many times...... and it's something that this scrip can't buy. I suspect that you simply shake your head and wish that "da gubermint" would do something about it........you want change? BE the change.......

We'd be a third world country without a government if it wasn't for taxes. That is reality...Would you rather we'd become more like Somalia?

Dude (or dudette), you have to be a parody poster....no one can be as utterly stupid as you are and think you would be taken seriously.

Actually this narrative is very distorted. Compassion in this case relates to religion and cons are more likely to be religious. However, religious liberals tend to give MORE to charity than religious conservatives.

Don't read to well, do you ?

Moron.

There is nothing distorted about it. This is a cherry pick and an attempt to hide the face that conservatives, as a whole, give more than leftwingers to charity.
