It's about the woman who had her door kicked in because the police had the wrong address on a warrant. That's the reality of being black in this country, you and I never experience it.

The main point was that in Nixon's case, his own party eventually had a come to Jesus Moment with him, realizing that his position was untennable. It didn't matter that he won 60% of the vote and 49 states, He had to go under the circumstances.

What I think is going to end up happening, if it hasn't already, is we are going to see a soft 25th Amendment. The story out yesterday is that it was Pence and the new Defense Secretary who called out the Guard to quell the mob in DC. Trump was totally bypassed. Official statements coming out of the white house are being prepared by staffers assuring us the transfer of power will be peaceful.

In short, they've locked Trump in a room for the next 13 days, hoping this will all blow over.
