No, as a contract has penalties for breaking it.

But can you honestly say you would want to force an employee to work for you that no longer wanted to be there?

Do you think that would be a good business practice?
Like I said, then a contract is worthless.
 
Nothing says 'liberty' and 'freedom' like the State FORCING people to continuing in a marriage they don't want to be in.

I can understand why say, Stephen Crowder might want this.



But why would his ex-wife?
