First of all...Barr has been working WITH the Mueller group on what will be redacted...he's not doing it by himself! Secondly...it's Mueller...not Barr who has declared that there was no "collusion" found nor enough evidence of obstruction to warrant any indictments! All that Barr is doing is following the laws we have on the books regarding Grand Jury testimony...laws that are in place with good reason!
