Ah.......so NOOOOW we are getting to the truth of it. From the cop hating OPs own link:

"The complaint also targeted employees of the private health-care company contracted to operate the jail’s medical services. The firm, Correctional Healthcare Management, settled out of court two years ago, but the county didn’t. Smolen expects the Williams case to go to trial."


So.....

1) The cops aren't doctors. The private medical staff WHO MISSED HIS INJURY are and they are to blame. In fact....their company settled the lawsuit because they are wrong.
2) UNLIKE Freddy Grey....these people aren't being tried for murder due to medical negligence because they aren't cops and no one rioted....but thanks ClosedCaption...THIS is a perfect example I plan to use to compare to Baltimore when those cops go free.
3) It's a 2011 case....guess CC can't read "current events"....but the jail hasn't settled....because they didn't do anything wrong. Medical people said he's ok so that's how he is treated...as if he's ok.



ClosedCaption feel free to apologize for such a lame attempt at smearing cops. Our local news tried this EXACT same tactic and when it was apparent a private medical provider was to blame....their story vanished.

Okla. Jail Under Fire After Mentally-Ill Inmate Dies In Jail Cell

A little more fair site. The guy rammed his head into the steel jail cell doors and then told a jailer he broke his neck. He was taken to "medical cell" as you can read on the video....where you then see him moving his arms and legs...AND you see several MEDICAL providers come in to evaluate him (not cops).

The medical people said he was okay.

CC....how you blaming cops on this one again.??
