Somebody was coordinating this, those people were sent to that specific entrance and told they would be let in. Why else would there be a long line of people outside a closed and locked door? We'll never know the truth, because it was our government, or portions of it, that orchestrated this and allowed it to happen. If you've ever been to the Capitol building, you would realize how completely bizarre this is.
