Dan Crenshaw crushes Bill Maher

What were Crenshaw’s lies? Specifically.
Listed above. Read the thread.

Lied about Pelosi introducing a bill. Lied about when the bill was introduces. Lied about who introduced it. Lied about what it did.

The No Ban Act was introduced a year ago, not days after the travel restrictions were announced. It was not going to stop Trump from doing anything. Crenshaw lies about to make the viewer believe the act was a direct response to Trump’s travel restrictions which is used to support the false narrative that Trump’s restrictions were universally opposed. It’s a lie. Didn’t happen. He’s gaslighting you.
Lied about Pelosi introducing a bill.
She didn't introduce it, but would not pull back on it until March?
No Ban Act
H.R. 2214 - March 5, 2020

Lied about when the bill was introduces.
See above link - it was originally introduced April of 2019 but was pressed by Pelosi (because her base was pressing it) in January, when the travel ban went into effect.
Civil Rights Group Presses No Ban Act
All these groups were pushing to make the No Ban Act law immediately, while they knew Trump wanted to close travel from China.

Lied about who introduced it.
It was originally sponsored by Judy Chu in 2019. Was not removed from consideration until March 5, 2020.

It's a lot harder to get the point across in sound bite fashion in that setting to say that Pelosi was pressing the No Ban Act in January, when Trump issued the travel ban, and would not back off the proposed legislation until March 5, 2020. It's substantially true that Pelosi was trying to push this "racist" narrative up until it was even more stupid to do so.

Don't sit there and pretend that Pelosi et al have not been DYING to find a "racist" issue to throw at Trump. This was one of them, and you fucking know it. Now they are tying to backpedal on it when it is politically expedient to do so.

Lied about what it did.
Not even. It acted to repeal or modify presidential power that had been in effect for decades, because George Soros (see above MoveOn.org) wants to flood our nation with people who do not share American values, such as freedom of speech, religion, etc. so he can force socialism on the very country that proves time and again that such Marxist horse shit is a terrible alternative.

I can bash Crenshaw. He’s a soldier who sucks Trump’s dick. He could be a real American hero. But he wants to keep his job more than he wants to keep his integrity.

You guys think he makes you better men. In fact, you make him a worse man. Congrats.
How about you just say "Thank you for your service" and then shut your fat mouth, Lone Leftist.

Nah. He's lost that. Fuck him.
Fantastic. Go burn that Red White and Blue, you patriot!

The flag is a symbol of freedom. It isn't meant to be a weapon that divisive assholes use to claim superiority over their fellow citizens.

I've never burned a flag. I fly one from the eve of my home. So, eat shit.

Pelosi and the travel ban: January 28 - Pelosi said house will consider the bill to repeal travel ban.

Sounds like he was right on that one.

Look at the dates. That was three days before Trump announced travel restrictions to China.

Is she a time traveler?
So, did they, or did they NOT want a travel ban? That's a pretty big nit you just picked.

.

The bill you cited had nothing to do with Trump’s China travel restrictions. It had to do with restrictions on granting VISAs to some African nations.

How could it be a nit pick if it has nothing to do with it? Read the first paragraph of the article for goodness sakes.

Did you think Mahers questions were fair?

Don’t care for Maher. I don’t hold him to the same standard as an elected representative.

Yet you will vote for Biden, who is clearly mentally challenged. Please explain why you don’t hold Biden to the same standards as Crenshaw.
Biden isn’t mentally challenged and neither is Crenshaw. Crenshaw is crafting deliberate lies to cover for Trump.

He’s using lies to invent a narrative that Pelosi opposed the travel restrictions against people traveling to Wuhan. He deserves condemnation for that. Don’t you agree?

Pelosi went to Chinatown on Feb 24 and said that people should come and visit. What was she doing there? Social distancing?

pelosi-chinatown.jpg

At the time Trump, who has daily presidential briefings, was telling this to Americans including Nancy:

Trump Feb. 23: “We have it very much under control in this country.”

Feb. 26 at the White House: “So, we’re at the low level. As they get better, we take them off the list, so that we’re going to be pretty soon at only five people. And we could be at just one or two people over the next short period of time. So, we’ve had very good luck.”

Feb. 26 at a news conference: “And again, when you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that’s a pretty good job we’ve done.”

Feb. 27 “It’s going to disappear. One day — it’s like a miracle — it will disappear.”

Feb. 29: “Everything is really under control.”

I will admit to getting a little annoyed when a fake patriot Trombie Trump supporter talks to me about patriotism.

My business has remained steady thus far, by the way.

I am pleased to report that my decision to turn down business from vocal Trump supporters hasn't caused me to miss a beat. I'll still sell to a Trombie if he's desperate. But I don't go out of my way to call on them. It ain't worth it.

Ah, no. It doesn't. You don't even know what it does. Read the bill. It does not prevent the president from enacting travel restrictions.

The point is that this bill was not in response to Trump's travel restrictions to China. Every source above shows that the bill was introduced and "pushed" as you put it BEFORE the travel restrictions with China were imposed. Therefore, it is impossible to say the bill is a response to restrictions with China.

You guys keep claiming the travel restrictions was widely condemned, but every time you try to prove that actually happened, it's bullshit and lies.

Implicit in this criticism is that it was somehow more dangerous for Pelosi to be around individuals of Asian descent than around other ethnic groups.

Wow. Crenshaw is a lying POS.

Who tells the truth? From where should I get my news?

Print media is typically the most reliable. They spend the most time, gather the most facts, and aren't bound by the sensationalist TV and internet news cycles which are too short for any in depth reporting.

Crenshaw is a liar.

Print media?

Who specifically? Can I go to my local Walgreens and ask for print media?

From where should I get accurate news?

I subscribe to the NY Times and WaPo. They're pretty reliable. Reuters, ProPublica and a handful of others are good too. I like reading New Yorker from time to time. WSJ is okay but too technical. The Economist is a good one for outside perspective since they're European based. Foreign Policy is good, but low volume.

The NYT reported that Trump is a Russian spy for 3 years. Was that accurate?

No. It didn't.
You think these people read the NY Times?

Of course not. They just are told what it said.

So beautiful

Maher is a dipshit. He's a good example of someone with no desire for intellectual honesty.

Maher feels better about himself saying "Trump does nothing but lie, finger point yadda yadda". Why do people like him consider themselves smart and educated when they consistently say things that cannot possibly be true? Yet they run at the mouth anyway, simply because it makes them feel better about themselves.
