"Law enforcement agencies in Maryland, Virginia and D.C. are monitoring what could be a number of trucker convoys coming to D.C.," the report said. "Truckers apparently spurred on by the recent protests in Canada want their voices heard, but the extent of the protests and how disruptive they may be is still unclear."

I doubt they will even do that. What American truckers can do that would make an impact is refuse to make deliveries to Canada to show support of their brothers who were forced off the streets. No pickups, no deliveries. That way it wouldn't hurt our drivers because there is plenty of work in this country for them.

That's how desperate companies are for experienced drivers. In fact the US is short over 80,000 drivers right now and that figure is predicted to get worse as more of us baby boomers retire and less younger people wanting to do real hands-on work.

It's terrible right now. Took Mom grocery shopping last Monday. I only brought home about 2/3 of what I wanted. Same with Mom. Empty shelves all over the place. I took her to another store to hopefully find an item she couldn't get. Luckily they had a few bags of the product and she bought them all.

We don't need to block roads or shut anything down. All we have to do to make our point is just stop making pickups and deliveries. If we could stick together and just do that, these little Hitlers would start listening to us.
