I think small biz and individuals making less than 100k should pay little to nothing in taxes. I get that the gov needs to tax to burn currency and balance spending but it shouldn't be at the detriment of the middle class and poor. Since most our money funnels up to the top, The rich fucks who don't flinch as they buy their lambos and the big biz corps that pay Clinton a quarter a mill to give a talk can carry the tax burden

He took state and local tax deduction, real estate tax deduction, mortgage interest deduction, charitable contribution deduction for the bulk of it.

I'm not saying I agree with Sanders' economic policies. However, your point literally makes zero sense. Do you expect him to donate his money to the government or something? Nobody is going to pay more taxes then what the government dictates that they owe...in fact the government refunds you if you overpay...it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to pay more than what the regulations dictate. So how, exactly, is he being hypocritical? He's trying to change the regulations (which I don't necessarily agree with) to get people like him to pay more...but that doesn't mean anything until the regs are changed.
