It was a whole bunch of other things too.
What the heck is money for a new car for one of the heads of homeland security doing in there? What happened to the money that was allocated to them for last year for these new cars? Homeland Security gets a yearly salary and money for new vehicles was added in there.
It should have been just for the Hurricane relief, only.
This adding of goodies in these bills, just to get their votes needs to stop.
This is one of the many things that add to too much spending, rather than deal with them separately.

The Smithsonian is not in New Jersey, it is in Washington DC and DC was not hit by the STORM. Sandy wasn't a hurricane. It started out as a CAT 1, and got downgraded from there.

Why do you lie? We all know that democrats lie, but you are pretty blatant about it. Just because there is rebuilding going on, doesn't mean that the money is coming from the government, there are plenty of private organizations that contributed to Sandy relief.
