Does anyone actually know what an “opportunity economy” is?

I have a good friend who’s a part owner of an accounting firm. He says the house down payment thing is also just a tax credit that kicks in after you purchase the house. IOW, it doesn’t help at all as a down payment.

That's right its an election year gimmick at best... I wish more people would understand that...
