Does the Constitution guarantee Americans a right to privacy?

There is no right to privacy in the constitution. The right of privacy was found in the "penumbra of rights" contained in the constitution ala Griswold and Roe. As conservative justices and strict constructionists only interpret the constitution based on what is actually contained in the document and the document does not contain the words "right to privacy," there is, based on the makeup of the current supreme court, no fundamental right to privacy. Conservatives have achieved all that they wished for.
There is no constitutionally enumerated right to life, liberty or self determination. But these were rights the founding fathers believed to be self evident, and provided the 9th amendment to support them.

Amendment 9 - “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

How can rights be retained by the people, that aren't in the constitution? That very statement means there are rights the people have, that the constitution doesn't have to enumerate.

If someone makes demands over anyone else that they want to deny, like a bank not handing over their money to a bank robber, then the one making the demands forfeits their rights and can be killed, just like you can shoot a bank robber if necessary.
The inherent right to life is forfeit if you make demands upon anyone else.

Actually in cases of failed contraception, rape and incest, it is like the kid is guilty of breaking and entering.

The 9th amendment guarantees rights not specifically mentioned. Madison was scared of people like you, who believe our rights are limited to what is specifically spelled out in the bill of rights.

The water I drink is just fine, and the air I breath is too. And neither has any to do with my civil right and civil liberties.
 
Individual rights could not really be put into the original constitution because states already existed, were gifts from the crown and therefore totally corrupt, but yet the Founders had to cater to states in order to get them to sign on.

So we had to wait for the 14th amendment until we finally got individual rights to be superior to state whims.
That is exactly my pt, have another amendment for whatever fxxking right you want? Don't interpret the original constitution to fit your narrative, that is a fxxking slippery slope that everyone will be a loser in the end.

Humans are inherently selfish. This is a problem. Some humans are also power hungry, and they like the power more than the responsibility that should go with this power.

Leaders all over the world can show they're more interested in staying in their jobs than doing their jobs. Boris Johnson, Putin... for example.
