Could be. But now that the SC has been stacked with religoids the governor likely feels he could win the case. No well founded constitutional principle is safe before the Roberts court. To get national lime light. Possible running for higher offices in the future and prepping his own MAGA crowd.
Actually, I think having drag queen shows in elementary schools is inappropriate. But having them isn't forcing anyone's view of morality in schools and it certainly isn't religion.I disagree. You treat it like a relgion.

Your side has forced Morality in schools already.Could be. But now that the SC has been stacked with religoids the governor likely feels he could win the case. No well founded constitutional principle is safe before the Roberts court.
Then the 10 Commandments doesnt eitherActually, I think having drag queen shows in elementary schools is inappropriate. But having them isn't forcing anyone's view of morality in schools and it certainly isn't religion.
They will get around it by claiming christianity was part of the history of the founding. That's the disingenuous rationale for putting up the commandments in the first place. What happens if a student asks to post another religions poster? This will be an interesting experiment in that aspect.
I am too but there's only one problem. The separation between church and state.

No LAWS have been pushed requiring Drag or Transgendered contentSo. Who forced you to agree?
I could care less. Your side has PUSHED Drag and Transgender Religion in schools.
It was. The Founders where Christians. It was a large part of who they were. They will get around it by claiming christianity was part of the history of the founding. That's the disingenuous rationale for putting up the commandments in the first place.
What is "diversity" in your reference? Different religions? Or races? It was. The Founders where Christians. It was a large part of who they were.
They WOULD NOT ACCEPT pushing Diversity if they were here today.
Again. If you can PUSH YOUR VIEWS OF DIVERSITY then we can push back on your ATTACK against religion.
You push Your VIEWS OF MORALITY in schools PERIOD.You keep writing that inarticulate expression of an idiotic thought as if making the font bigger makes it true. It doesn't.

Then follow with us Coach John Doe. FIRED for having a prayer before a Football Game.
The Establishment Clause says you are incorrect. Then the 10 Commandments doesnt either
How about we keep specific religions in the churches where they belong? Why not have a space in every school where all religions are able to put up 1 item. Doesn't this make sense? Then all religions have an equal chance. This is the best solution.
Because they PREACH IT. It is a View and it pushes THEIR MORALS in schools. What is "diversity" in your reference? Different religions? Or races?
The Founders were Deists. There's a difference. Besides, they clearly and loudly called for the separation of church and state since religious freedom is largely why the pilgrims came here.It was. The Founders where Christians.
