E Jean Carroll verdict is in.

Yet zero evidence was given in court to support such claims.

Which is why he was never charged with “rape” or “sexual assault”. The civil suit does not hold the same standards. She couldn’t even name the year it supposedly happened, because it didn’t. Total farce of a case.
Rapist Donald wasn't charged with a sex crime because the statute of limitations had run out.

But the jury found he had sexually assaulted Carroll.

Rapist Donald has always escaped prison for his crimes because he had friends in high places. Instead of criminal court, he was charged in civil court.

If you or I had stolen from cancer kids, we'd be in prison right now.

If you or I had stolen millions from the elderly, we'd be in prison right now.

But Crooked Donald had Rudy Giuliani and New York DA Bob Morgenthau and the infamous New York Favor Bank protecting him.

Karma is finally catching up to him.

That's riiiiiiiiiight... He and her had already been to court over the sexual stuff. Was that before he defamed her?
Rapist Donald was found by a jury to have raped Carroll and he was given a $5 million fine for defamation.

But the Orange Idiot continued defaming her, and now another jury has decided it is going to take $83 million to finally shut his fat mouth.

Judge upholds the $5 million verdict against Trump in E. Jean Carroll’s sex abuse and defamation case

July 2023,
NEW YORK (AP) — A federal judge on Wednesday upheld a $5 million jury verdict against Donald Trump, rejecting the former president’s claims that the award was excessive and that the jury vindicated him by failing to conclude he raped a columnist in a luxury department store dressing room in the 1990s.

Judge Lewis A. Kaplan said the jury’s May award of compensatory and punitive damages to writer E. Jean Carroll for sexual abuse and defamation in the civil case was reasonable.

Trump’s lawyers had asked Kaplan to reduce the jury award to less than $1 million or order a new trial on damages. In their arguments, the lawyers said the jury’s $2 million in compensatory damages granted for Carroll’s sexual assault claim was excessive because the jury concluded that Trump had not raped Carroll at Bergdorf Goodman’s Manhattan store in the spring of 1996.

Kaplan wrote that the jury’s unanimous verdict was almost entirely in favor of Carroll, except that the jury concluded she had failed to prove that Trump raped her “within the narrow, technical meaning of a particular section of the New York Penal Law.”

So yeah, Trump should've kept his mouth shut. What he'll spend on dragging this out with appeals and other things, will probably cost him $5 million.

No he didn't.

Video of Trump confusing E Jean Carroll with ex-wife in deposition is released

The footage, from last October, included a previously reported but never publicly seen exchange in which the former president mistook a picture of his accuser, the writer E Jean Carroll, for a picture of his second wife, Marla Maples.

“That’s Marla, yeah,” Trump said. “That’s my wife.”

His questioner said: “The person you’ve just pointed to is E Jean Carroll.”

Yes, he should have shut up and not defamed her publicly. But he is too fking stupid to do so.
