Snowden keeps kicking Obama in the teeth while Obama depends on Lahota for damage control. ha! ha! If that is the best he's got I can understand why the rumors are out now that they have resorted to threats of murdering Snowdens family members if he doesn't return.

If Snowden returns it is because he knows his family is in imminent danger ( like Hastings family would have been if he had successfully escaped ) and he is trying to save their lives just as he was trying to save American lives by informing them about what the US Govt is doing behind the backs of the American people. Once a hero? ALWAYS A HERO.

America's image isn't suffering. obama's image is suffering and by the time this is over, it will be under the mud, not even enough to be in the mud.

Murdering Snowden's family won't be like killing Michael Hastings. Everyone expects Snowden's family to be killed. If that happens, sure as snow falls, Snowden will dump everything he has and make some more up.

How is revealing that we're spying on the damned Russians, the EU and people not American; protecting the constitution and various other decidedly American things? He's not doing anything now but hurting American's by weakening the position of the entire nation.

Every country is spying on every other country. All this did was confirm what everybody already knew. Russia and the EU will feign shock, and in the long run nothing will become of this "revelation".
