Election Interference: Here are the Four Colorado Justices Who Voted to Exclude Donald Trump from the 2024 Ballot

How were they charged ilwith seditious conspiracy if they weren't investigating it?
They were investigating what crimes were committed, during that time, they didn't find evidence of insurrection.
What you attempt to deflect with isn't insurrection.

If attempting to delay a ceremony is an insurrection, so is pulling a fire alarm to delay a congressional vote.

Delay a ceremony. They were not attempting to overthrow government.

LOL

Violence against the government to delay or prevent the law from being executed is the very definition of an insurrection.

You're cracking me up by continuously describing an insurrection but then denying it was an insurrection.

They found evidence of some who were planning an insurrection. Those were among the ones who were charged and convicted of seditious conspiracy.

Charged, tried and acquitted
True, he was acquitted for a political impeachment in the Senate trial.

BUT not in a criminal trial, where his freedom could be taken from him, with imprisonment if found guilty by a jury of 12 peers.

I give up.

These Democrat party hacks are just too stupid and ignorant to discuss a subject. They have their idiotic talking point fed to them by their politburo and they can’t think for themselves.

Not enough for a prosecution or they would have.

You're cracking us up by attempting to twist the definition into something that you can go to bed happy with.

Well, the Senate trial could have taken away his right to run for President again. But they didn't. But the Colorado Courts did. In a civil action, finding him guilty of the federal criminal offense.

But, for some reason, you seem OK with that.

So? The 14th Amendment doesn't require a charge for insurrection.
To be found guilty of a federal crime there must be a charge and a conviction, Stupid.

That nasty 5th keeps biting you in the ass.

Twisting what?

Insurrection

A rising against civil or political authority; the open and active opposition of a number of persons to the execution of a law in a city or state.

How does that differ from what happened?

I know it will. They made it up, it's purely political. Nothing like the govt. BLUNTLY interfering with elections, don't you think. You know, what you accuse Trump of?

If Leftists say it's so, consider it a lie or confession.
Kool-aid is bad for you.
