The numbers certified by the counties, not the uploading of voter histories into the SURE system, determines the ultimate certification of an election by the secretary.

THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE PRESENTED TO THE COURTS OF THE FRAUD TRUMP CLAIMED. NONE.

Gulliani and Trump said one thing in front of the court house and then went inside and said something completely different. Asking that they votes be thrown out on procedural grounds, and the court said they had no standing.
