You really shouldn't leap to such conclusions. You know what they say about people who make ASSumptions.

Yes, I can prove it. He was talking about those who were arrested. He was upset about what he perceived as unequal justice between his thugs and BLM rioters. And he said if elected again, he would be issuing pardons.

People there on Sedition Day who were protesting peacefully and not storming the Capitol were not charged with any crimes and would not need a pardon. So yes, he was talking about his thugs.
