Even If J6 Was An Insurrection How Would It Be Trump's Fault?

Nice gaslighting on the part of your propagandists.

The events on January 6 were exactly as I said.

His staff begged him to do something.

His family begged him to stop it.

His lickspittles in Congress were begging him to do something, even warning that someone was going to get killed.

His media lackeys begged him to stop it.

One hour into the attack, the traitor sicced the mob on his Vice President by tweet.

9:21 a.m.: Dana Bash to Mark Meadows

What is Trump doing to pence ?!!

2:12 p.m.: Jim Acosta to Mark Meadows

Will potus say something to tamp things down?

2:14 p.m.: Kristen Welker to Mark Meadows

Reaction to protester?

2:24 P.M.

Donald Trump tweets: “Mike Pence didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!”

2:28 p.m.: Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to Mark Meadows

Mark I was just told there is an active shooter on the first floor of the Capitol Please tell the President to calm people This isn’t the way to solve anything

2:32 p.m.: Laura Ingraham to Mark Meadows

Hey Mark, The president needs to tell people in the Capitol to go home.

2:32 p.m.: Laura Ingraham to Mark Meadows

This is hurting all of us

2:33 p.m.: Laura Ingraham to Mark Meadows

He is destroying his legacy and playing into every stereotype … we lose all credibility against the BLM/Antifa crowd if things go South

2:34 p.m.: Carlton Huffman to Mark Meadows

You’ve earned a special place in infamy for the events of today. And if you’re the Christian you claim to be in your heart you know that

2:34 p.m.: Laura Ingraham to Mark Meadows

You can tell him I said this

2:35 p.m.: Mick Mulvaney to Mark Meadows

Mark: he needs to stop this, now
. Can I do anything to help?

2:38 p.m.: Michael Shear to Mark Meadows

Hey mark. Protestors are literally storming the Capitol. Breaking windows on doors. Rushing in. Is Trump going to say something?

2:44 p.m.: Rep. Barry Loudermilk to Mark Meadows

It’s really bad up here on the hill.

2:44 p.m.: Rep. Barry Loudermilk to Mark Meadows

They have breached the Capitol.

2:45 p.m.: Jake Sherman to Mark Meadows

We are under siege in the cpaitol

2:45 p.m.: Jake Sherman to Mark Meadows

There’s an armed standoff at the house chamber door

2:45 p.m.: Jake Sherman to Mark Meadows

We’re all helpless

2:46 p.m.: Rep. Will Timmons to Mark Meadows

The president needs to stop this ASAP

2:47 p.m.: Mario Parker to Mark Meadows

Is Potus going to take the podium to quell this unrest?

“‘He’s got to condemn this sh*t ASAP. The Capitol Police tweet is not enough,’” Trump Jr. wrote in one message to Meadows, according to the committee’s vice chairwoman, Republican Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming.

Cheney detailed that when Meadows had texted back that he agreed,Trump Jr. said: “We need an Oval office address. He has to lead now. It has gone too far and gotten out of hand.”

Donald Trump Jr. said his father needed to ‘condemn’ Capitol violence as it unfolded, Meadows’ texts reveal

"Someone is going to get killed."

:clap2:

Because…

Trump called them to DC on Jan 6
Because he filled them with lies about a stolen election, Congress and Mike Pence being able to overturn the States
Because he told them they had to do something to save the country and stop the steal
Because he sent them to the Capitol
He refused to do anything once it turned violent
Good story, the protest started before Trump's speech was over and it was about a 30 min walk to the Capitol from where Trump was speaking.

Jan 6th wasn't the beginning of the insurrection, it was the culmination of it. As Colorado argued, for months Trump pushed election lies, tried to strong-arm officials into "finding him" votes, fraudulent elector schemes in multiple states, trying to strong arm his own VP and finally, riling up and angry mob and setting them on the Capitol. All of it is evidence of his subversion of the peaceful transfer of power that is commanded by our Constitution.
Lol, every time you loons lost in over 20 years you bitch about cheating. So shut up, the 2020 election was stolen and this crusade to jail Trump is proof.

Sorry bout that,

1. Stop before that black dude kills someone, too late he killed a retire military girl.
2. Next time we rip that shit up, off its foundation.
3. We promise to bring guns even.

Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory

Then what did he say?

Horses mouth sort of thing:

We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him-by then a former president well into his eighties-of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness. We conclude the evidence is not sufficient to convict, and we decline to recommend prosecution of Mr. Eiden for his retention of the classified Afghanistan documents. DocumentCloud

So basically he wouldn't have the mental capacity to stand trial? Got it. I wonder about your mental health.

So he wasn't recommending prosecution based on the fact that Biden could probably trick the jury into believing that he was not mentally capable of willfully withhold these documents due to his poor memory? Is that what you are saying? How wacko is that? For starters, he was on tape 6 years ago stating that he had the documents. The fact that he may not remember now means nothing other than the fact that he is indeed a man with "diminished faculties", which of course begs the question why a man of this sort is the President of the United States. Why didn't he turn over the documents back when he admitted he had them in 2017? Is everyone in the country now immune from prosecution by simply stating that they forgot that they had committed a crime? Just nuts.
