Funniest post of the year!

It has been proven, dumbass.

at Lawfare blog.

Mueller’s opening bid is a remarkable show of strength. He has a cooperating witness from inside the campaign’s interactions with the Russians. And he is alleging not mere technical infractions of law but astonishing criminality on the part of Trump’s campaign manager, a man who also attended the Trump Tower meeting.

Nope, you said there will be Trump's indictments. My kind said they got nothing on him.

You see, you gotta stop feeling, and start reasoning. Calling yourself "reasonable" seems to be just wishful thinking.
Wrong I got my info from a member of the House intelligence Committee who said “there will be people going to prison.”
You called it a fake scandal.
And it remains if any or how many indictments Trump himself will get.
You think he’s innocent of not breaking any laws once Mueller goes thru his tax returns? Ha ha
Also expect obstruction of justice charges against the dope since he admitted it on live TV.

You're too stupid to realize that you're admitting this is just a witch hunt. You don't even care if any of the charges have anything to do with "colluding": with the Russians. You just want Mewler to get Trump anyway he can.

You're a pathetic despicable douche bag snowflake.

It all ties together, but a good movie for you to watch about right now is "All of the Presidents Men."

And then of course watch this video. Trump actually admitting he fired Comey over the Russian investigation on an NBC interview, is a lot more than they ever had on Richard Nixon. This one won't erased--

What name will be used for 'Deep Throat' in "All of the Douches Men"?

Watetsport or Sadist?

" The barber"

"Cold-Packing"

Russia already had enough uranium & nukes to destroy the planet. How is a bit more going to change US security?

I'm sorry. Which Clinton had approval authority over that deal?

It could not have happened without Hillary's signature. (after the Russian 145M was securely in the Clinton foundation bank)
The 145 million came during her run in 08. Well before she was in any position to influence anything.

better check that timing, dude. you are wrong.

No, you'd better check the timing.

Post it up.

here ya go. from the NY Times of all places

https://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html

Did you read beyond the headline?

From your link:

"Still, the company’s story was hardly front-page news in the United States — until early 2008, in the midst of Mrs. Clinton’s failed presidential campaign, when The Times published an article revealing the 2005 trip’s link to Mr. Giustra’s Kazakhstan mining deal. It also reported that several months later, Mr. Giustra had donated $31.3 million to Mr. Clinton’s foundation.

(In a statement issued after this article appeared online, Mr. Giustra said he was “extremely proud” of his charitable work with Mr. Clinton, and he urged the media to focus on poverty, health care and “the real challenges of the world.”)

Though the 2008 article quoted the former head of Kazatomprom, Moukhtar Dzhakishev, as saying that the deal required government approval and was discussed at a dinner with the president, Mr. Giustra insisted that it was a private transaction, with no need for Mr. Clinton’s influence with Kazakh officials. He described his relationship with Mr. Clinton as motivated solely by a shared interest in philanthropy.

As if to underscore the point, five months later Mr. Giustra held a fund-raiser for the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative, a project aimed at fostering progressive environmental and labor practices in the natural resources industry, to which he had pledged $100 million. The star-studded gala, at a conference center in Toronto, featured performances by Elton John and Shakira and celebrities like Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Robin Williams encouraging contributions from the many so-called F.O.F.s — Friends of Frank — in attendance, among them Mr. Telfer. In all, the evening generated $16 million in pledges, according to an article in The Globe and Mail."

and weren't there 8 or 9 others on that committee?

There's actually up to fourteen that could be involved. The State Dept. Only had a vote and no authority over the process.

Composition of CFIUS

The Secretary of the Treasury is the Chairperson of CFIUS, and notices to CFIUS are received, processed, and coordinated at the staff level by the Staff Chairperson of CFIUS, who is the Director of the Office of Investment Security in the Department of the Treasury.

The members of CFIUS include the heads of the following departments and offices:

  1. Department of the Treasury (chair)
  2. Department of Justice
  3. Department of Homeland Security
  4. Department of Commerce
  5. Department of Defense
  6. Department of State
  7. Department of Energy
  8. Office of the U.S. Trade Representative
  9. Office of Science & Technology Policy
The following offices also observe and, as appropriate, participate in CFIUS’s activities:

  1. Office of Management & Budget
  2. Council of Economic Advisors
  3. National Security Council
  4. National Economic Council
  5. Homeland Security Council
The Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Labor are non-voting, ex-officio members of CFIUS with roles as defined by statute and regulation.

Explain why the Russians gave Hillary $145 million then, dumbass.

Notice that there's no response to this.

 i noticed that you ignored direct responses to this.

there is no point in engaging dishonest idiots like you, and you prove that every day.

There was no response to it, moron.

but, I don't really buy the self-serving denials of Russian actors. Still, even though Hillary is thoroughly corrupt, and even though she has truly hurt the dem party and this country, she is not an elected or appt'd official. And whatever she did with Russia had no bearing on what level of collusion Trump had with Russia in planting false/hacked information and making at least three MILLION internet communications with voters when the election turned on 200K people in the rust belt .... an area the Russians had identified for voter targeting, with that information being directly provided to the Trump campaign (we already know that occurred).

SO trump's official defense is going to be " Bbbbut Hillary! "

:laugh2:

The Uranium One deal was not Clinton’s to veto or approve

Among the ways these accusations stray from the facts is in attributing a power of veto or approval to Secretary Clinton that she simply did not have. Clinton was one of nine cabinet members and department heads that sit on the CFIUS, and the secretary of the treasury is its chairperson. CFIUS members are collectively charged with evaluating the transaction for potential national security issues, then turning their findings over to the president. By law, the committee can’t veto a transaction; only the president can. According to The New York Times, Clinton may not have even directly participated in the Uranium One decision. Then-Assistant Secretary of State Jose Fernandez, whose job it was to represent the State Dept. on CFIUS, said Clinton herself “never intervened” in committee matters.

Despite transfer of ownership, the uranium remained in the U.S.

A key fact ignored in criticisms of Clinton’s supposed involvement in the deal is that the uranium was not — nor could it be — exported, and remained under the control of U.S.-based subsidiaries of Uranium One, according to a statement by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission:

NRC’s review of the transfer of control request determined that the U.S. subsidiaries will
remain the licensees, will remain qualified to conduct the uranium recovery operations, and will continue to have the equipment, facilities, and procedures necessary to protect public health and safety and to minimize danger to life or property. The review also determined that the licensees will maintain adequate financial surety for eventual decommissioning of the sites. Neither Uranium One nor ARMZ holds an NRC export license, so no uranium produced at either facility may be exported.

FACT CHECK: Hillary Clinton Gave 20 Percent of United States' Uranium to Russia in Exchange for Clinton Foundation Donations?

FALSE

det-red.gif

the facts say otherwise. some of the uranium (to which Russia has title) was shipped from the USA through Canada and no one knows its final destination. That shipment was made without the proper export licenses. All of the approvers of the uranium deal were Obama appointees and Clinton supporters. Are you so naïve that you don't understand why they signed off on the deal?
The Clinton-uranium "scandal" is right-wing nonsense. Here's everything you need to know.

This" nothing burger " of the Trump administration's ties to Russia is absolutely delicious.
Can't wait for the next round of indictments get closer and closer to the OvalOffice as each and every Trumpalina gets hotter under the collar and the fat orange anus seethes even more than he's doing right now.
I knew this day would come but I never inmy wildest dreams thought it would come this soon... after only 9 months in office!
That's lightning quick and totally unprecedented.
I'm so enjoying this!

It surprises no one that Trump cheats at golf. People that play with him have to let him win. It's one of those wink- wink kind of things. Like " I have no business ties to Russia."

Trump’s business sought deal on a Trump Tower in Moscow while he ran for president

HRC Wins again!

Liar.

It was a Russian company buying an interest in a Canadian company. The deal required vetting for any potential national security concerns. It then needed approval from The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) of which the State Dept was one of many approving depts.

It required permission of the federal government for any sale to go through, period. There was no justification for allowing this sale, especially when you consider national security. None.

There was no justification to not allow it.
The whole purpose of the CFIUS is to vet the deal to ensure there are no national security concerns. That's why each department signs off on it.

how did that deal benefit the USA? Not the Clintons, the USA

Who said it had to?
It was a Russian company seeking a share in a Candian company.

Only an idiot would approve a deal that didn't benefit the United States. That's their job, moron, doing what's best for the United States.

How is a deal between two foreign companies supposed to benefit the US?

It is, dope. You don't bribe someone who isn't in a position to help you.
Bribery requires a quid pro quo. Neither Clinton had the authority over this deal to ensure it's approval.

If you want to make that case, you need to show that the deal wouldn't have happened without their efforts.

Wrong, dumbass. She was in a position to help the Russians. You don't need total control over a decision to be guilty of bribery. She gave a quid. She gave her vote in favor of selling the position to Russia. She also put pressure on other committee members to do likewise. Why else would anyone do something as stupid as selling 20% of our Uranium to the Russians.

Liar.

How many of those committees got money from the Russians?

Good question. Maybe you should find that out before claiming there's a bribery scandal.

But that's not the point, dummy.

Hillary got $145 million from Russians. It was only important that she approve it, the others just voted along

Russia already had enough uranium & nukes to destroy the planet. How is a bit more going to change US security?

By selling/giving it to adversaries?

Nuclear material have markers that can pinpoint to origins. Lets say someone other than US explode it somewhere, markers will show where it came from, and of course, blame us for it. Just an idea.

Yet we can also set off a nuke & deny it was ours giving US first strike advantage.

How do you know that either Clinton needed to be bribed to give approval or that "The others just voted along"?

I'll tell you. You don't know that.

Dummy.

The ones Gates and Manafort are charged with.

Why do you charge someone with two crimes for the same thing? And when did failing to fill out forms become a "crime against the United States?"
Crimes against the United States is a catch all. It often appears in indictments for income tax evasion, laundering money, sedition, etc..
In other words, it's a bullshit charge they use for piling on. Wire fraud and mail fraud are similar in nature.
The actually charge is Conspiracy Against the United States which covers a multitude of sins. It is Count 1 of the indictment.

Oh my Allah!

That will definitely cover up the FACT that the Obama White House, Clinton Campaign, and The FBI colluded with Russia to corrupt the presidential election.

Oh and Comrade, perhaps you missed this:

{Washington D.C. lobbyist Tony Podesta, the brother of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, resigned from his firm Monday. The move comes after it was revealed last week Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been investigating him as part of the larger probe into the 2016 presidential election. His departure also comes on the same day former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort surrendered to the FBI on 12-felony charges surrounding his personal business dealings. From POLITICO: }

BREAKING: After Manafort Surrender, Someone in Clinton's Inner Circle Has Resigned as a Lobbyist

Now if Mueller has any integrity, the Posesta brothers will be indicted tomorrow.

If he does indict them, I will publicly apologize to Mueller for calling him a worthless partisan hack.

If he doesn't, well them fuck the corrupt hack.
The grand jury indictments are not campaign rhetoric, half truths, and opinions which you seem be fond of quoting.
