Three counties have found approximately 3000 votes because the memory cards weren’t included. These are human errors and have nothing to do with the conspiracy theory of Dominion changing votes. These omissions would have been discovered in the normal course of canvassing where the vote totals are compared to the number of people who voted. Again, this has nothing to do with the conspiracy being alleged.

No counties have to refitted any legal right to certify.
