Florida has banned Chinese nationals from buying homes. Chinese citizens are fight back saying in the courts, saying it's unconstitutional.

Such laws are common elsewhere, even China has a law saying foreigners can only buy one property and must be registered to live in it (which must cause no end of problems).

Foreigners can only buy one residence in China... and only after a year of working in China and they can't buy property for investment or construction...

Much better policy than Tater’s letting his CCP handlers buy thousands of acres next to our most sensitive military bases.

It's ironic, isn't it. Chinese nationals are not citizens and thus the constitution isn't for them. Now, if they get citizenship, they have the rights.

The Chinese have been buying real estate in this Country for years, dope. Now, just because Ronny Boy the Groomer passes a law you suddenly realize that you have a hair caught accross your ass that's been bugging you.

Now cry some more.

The constitution is for Americans.

If a chinaman wants to buy a house they need to become a citizen.

It's interesting to see republicans beginning to oppose unfettered free market capitalism. Don't knock them for realizing that letting the rich and powerful rape them unconditionally is a problem.

Yeah, there might be a lot of contradictions in such a topic, because what is most important to people is often now what they say it is.
