Don't you remember how Lynch was "compromised" because she met with former President Clinton at the airport, during a mutual stopover. Their meeting required her to recuse herself from decisions involving Hillary. So she gave it to Comey.

The evidence has to be strong enough to open a case, and then be challenged with counter-arguments.
