GA 6 Special Election - in game thread

Going to be a run off. No surprise there.
Republicans will be paying more attention in the runoff and 1 candidate will have the full support of the party

Like I said in the OP, we're keeping this seat

Nice finish but not enough. He will have an uphill battle against Handel.

He says he wants to keep Republican "Dark Money" out of Georgia.
The millions that came from Hollywood donors is green money.

This guy is a fake.....he can't even vote in his own district.

The victory for the ages......isn't.
BTW, does this guy sound like he's even from Georgia?
I've lived there.....nobody in Georgia sounds like they're from San Francisco...

we had a "mini replay" from Clinton HQ back in November

The new pajama boy needs a cup of hot choclate...its over for him...no way he will win in a run off

My son lives in that district in North Atlanta. It is a Republican district.

We were up there last weekend. Many negative ads on TV against the 11 Republican challengers. Tons of outside Libtard money.

Glad that Pajama Pussy Boy didn't win. The Republican will beast the little shitass in the runoff election.

Democrats suck.

A little history on special elections Scott Brown won the special election for Ted Kennedys seat after his death lost it in the next election. A win in a special election does not mean your going to get a huge changing of the guard.

Brown won that in 2010 and it was an indicator of what would happen in the 2010 general election.

lol, the guy gets 48% of the vote and the RWnuts call it a defeat. What percent did Trump get in the election?
it is a defeat...he did not win the seat doofus...he will lose the runoff as well.

He ran as a moderate & maybe even "conservative democrat" in the same vein as Sam Nunn or Scoop Jackson, but he got most of his money from hard core leftists

so, IF he had won last night, he would have had to disappoint his supporters (who believed he'd be a reasonable moderate voice) OR his money donors, who want another soldier in Pelosi's army

guess who would most likely wind up being disappointed???

Scott Brown won Kennedy's seat in MA in a special election, but lost it the next go round

that would have happened here as well IF he had won

the dems threw $8 million plus at this already hoping to avoid a runoff

they fell short - the brass at CNN, NYT & the major networks are having to put their gleeful op-eds about a rejection of Trump on the shelf

so now the narrative will be about how a dem performed so well is "such a solid red district" - which is a district Trump only just barely carried

last night was a big win for team Trump, anyone who does not understand this is fooling themselves

The Republican who got into the runoff did so by distancing herself from Trump.

He was born in Atlanta but he hung around DC commiecrats and sounds like he's from Jersey.

So, the 34th District of California has a special election coming up in June.

It's a 2 candidate run off and both are Democrats.

Now, would you RWnuts say that's a clear rejection of Trump, or would you say that's a meaningless victory because it's clearly a safe Democratic district?
