Correct. And I remember on election night all the talking heads mentioning "the polls" or "the polling process" were flawed. Chris Matthews (moderate dem) brought it up during the MSNBC panel and glared at Rachael Maddow for an uncomfortable duration of time. Then he turned his entire body so that only his back was facing her; also for an uncomfortable period of time. That's hard to do on a table that is essentially a line of people facing forward.

they do have their say....a State like wisconsin with 600,000 citizens gets 1 electoral vote for their 1 congressional district, and they get 2 electoral votes for their two senators....just as our founders PLANNED.... A state like California, gets 53 electoral votes, 1 for each of their 53 congressional districts, PLUS 2 electoral votes for their 2 Senators a total of 55.

So California would have to get more congressional districts to increase their electoral weight. OK, got it.
