Actually, in Europe, they treat addiction as a medical problem, not a criminal one... which is why they don't have a huge prison establishment like we do.

Bush doubled the debt, Obama ran it up by 50% because of obligations Bush incurred. Then he finally stopped the obscene tax giveaway to rich folks, and the deficit was halved.

Can't see why decriminilzing Americans for acts their parents committed when they were children is a bad thing. But I have this odd thing called "compassion". You should try it sometime.
