German EV drivers....Oooops!

OK, the price of gasoline in Germany is $7.50 per gallon. So it cost about $0.25 per mile at 30 mpg. Now the highest price for fast charging was $0.69. Figuring 3 miles per kwh, that is $0.23 a mile. At the lower rate, that is $0.13 per mile. So it is still cheaper to run the EV. Of course, if one has their own solar, as do many Germans, it is cheaper yet.
A smart nation will not put all their eggs in one basket as the clueless greenies are determined to do

That's until the German government taxes the EV charging stations. The majority of their gas prices are prohibitive taxes to keep the common people from clogging the roads. I can't see the government allowing such a good revenue source to remain untapped.

Will not remain untapped for long and neither will the solar panels. They will be taxed for being connected to the grid and they will be taxed simply for owning them. In the end it will be more expensive to run an electric vehicle not because the technologies don't match but because the government will always need more money in response to the global inflationary pressures being put on each monetary unit. They will get that money in a variety of ways including making the very air you breathe taxable.

All countries are going to start reigning in on hiking prices on EVERYTHING EV, especially it's supplies.

Since they claim these vehicles cost less because of no mechanical engine to maintain, they are going to have to shove that mega-price-gouging shaft up consumers asses somehow, in order to make that illegal dollar.

Factor in the extortionate price difference to buy the AA battery EV, rising electric costs, and then one day, drive per mile tax. Is reality kicking in yet!!

And what do you get? An expensive useless electric car that reduces your co2 by a poxy (insignificant, useless, crap) amount that a third of motorists can't charge at home. Oh, and the retail prices of them keep increasing, lol. I remember some Wally claiming they're were gonna come down in price. Which idiot was that?

You mean you just cannot admit that even with that price increase, the EV's are cheaper to fuel than the ICE vehicles.
No they're not. The exorbitant premium to buy an EV over it's ICE counterpart just means you've paid the entire EV's refueling price over it's lifetime as an upfront cost.

So you're not being honest and simply masking the cost.
