True, I suppose we do not know what is in the mind of an infant.
How about a 2 y/o or 3 y/o?
If that applies, everyone has an "intrinsic" knowledge of Jesus - it's just buried.
Therefore the argument that no one has had an opportunity to hear about the Good News is invalid.
