Of course you are right. The reality is that the United States cannot take all of these people at these numbers in without eventually destroying itself. In the past they worked to earn those bootstraps. So, we went to providing those bootstraps and so much more. And we still have excuses. Our own flaws cause a lot of problems. What we accept. What we do not. There are millions of people through the years who have gotten rich with government as the source of their wealth. A major distortion in truly earning our ways. And of course, there are millions and millions who may have not earned their true wealth who may have been better than them.

Many folks here in our America are ignorant of these facts due to a limited study of the problem. Even under a Trump administration don't look for prosecution of former elected officials/bureaucrats for allowing non-vetted illegal immigrants in country as the legal system has been far too corrupted for that. At best any attempted prosecution of those who allowed the illegal entry of unvetted illegal immigrants into our USA would run into legal gridlock where it would then end up in the endless spin cycle until the American constituency completely forgot all about it.

Let us add up where these foreigners are at with the wealthy. There is no argument on those who work in employment it seems many Americans would not. I tis the number of people let into the nation that are skating on any type of benefit provided from the taxpayers. There are reports of dwellings with several or more illegals there and a couple of people work, and the rest are collecting those benefits. schools and medical cost.

Migration has been going on since the dawn of time. In times of drought, famine, war, or natural catastrophe's, people are forced to leave their homes for safety.

The USA has been meddling in Central American politics since I was a kid and none of these countries is better off today because of it, and now that it's all blowing up in your faces, you claim the people you put in harm's way, aren't your problem.
