NO amount of surgery or cosmetic change will change their true biological sex. They want us to believe absurdity. If we will believe that they can sell us anything...

That's why any surgery or hormone treatment should be the LAST resort in these cases, because you can't give them what their mind thinks it wants.

That's for actual gender dysphoria, for most of these situations, it's just a fetish, which isn't something that should get any extra social protections.
