Damn straight!democracy is a horrible thing that needs to be eradicated from the planet,,
and the biggest reason we are a constitutional republic and not a democracy,,
the only facts noted is its an unconstitutional law,,
yes it does,, and more a reason to arm the population for when these types of violations get worse,,Unconstitutional or not, the law stands. I'm not sure why Reagan pissed on the Constitution but it has stuck so far.

Well not really, if you can pay the freight for a transferrable older M4 (about 60K - 80K) then all you have to do is fill out a paperwork packet and jump through some hoops, pay Uncle Sugar $200, and wait 6-8 months for your tax stamp to come back, then go and pick it up.....Easy peasy.....Well sorta once you have done the tax stamp dance a few times.Unconstitutional or not, the law stands. I'm not sure why Reagan pissed on the Constitution but it has stuck so far.

its only illegal if you get caught,,You can't buy a new one. The law stands.
Give them the guns they confiscated from the gangsFirst off, are you going to pay for it?
The condition of what, the gun or the motives?Do I support giving people random guns where we have no idea the condition? No.
That's true but if they were giving them away I'd not care as I figure we would have bigger fish to fry and the .gov was desperate given how they currently worry themselves to death about a barrel that might be .25" shorter than they say it can be.You can't buy a new one. The law stands.

you would think so wouldn't you? I bet the number of idiotic responses is off the charts. I have most of them on ignore so I dont get to read all the bullshit. It's a simple question with a simple answer.
Do you support the government passing out guns to anyone who will take them?

if you have an NFA trust it really is simple. Without that, there are a few more hoops to jump through.Well not really, if you can pay the freight for a transferrable older M4 (about 60K - 80K) then all you have to do is fill out a paperwork packet and jump through some hoops, pay Uncle Sugar $200, and wait 6-8 months for your tax stamp to come back, then go and pick it up.....Easy peasy.....Well sorta once you have done the tax stamp dance a few times.

The environmentalists need to be dealt with. And they need to be held responsible for those they have killed.Unconstitutional or not, the law stands. I'm not sure why Reagan pissed on the Constitution but it has stuck so far.

I'm not really that much of a "stamp collector" so I never bothered with it.if you have an NFA trust it really is simple. Without that, there are a few more hoops to jump through.
Setting up that trust is the best money I ever spent.
