House Votes For Obamacare Repeal For The 37th Time

it will collapse before the end of the year. bad enough we will be in 17 Trillion Obama debt, there will be no money left to pay for the 20 Million uninsured. Bye Bye "Affordable Health-Care".

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.... DON"T foster the myth of "20 million uninsured!!!
THERE ARE ONLY 4 MILLION per the below FACTS!!!

GIVEN: The Census bureau says 10 million of the 46 million "uninsured' are not citizens…
Subtract 10 million from 46 million leaves 36 million… NOT 46 million!

Source: Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage in the United States: 2009 - Income & Wealth - Newsroom - U.S. Census Bureau
GIVEN: 14 million are eligible for Medicaid..but they are counted as "uninsured"….
but Obama totally ignored this FACT!
Subtracting 14 million from 36 million leaves 22 million…
Source: http://coverageforall.org/pdf/BC-BS_Uninsured-America.pdf

Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association contracted with the Actuarial Research Corporation (ARC) to provide a detailed analysis of the uninsured identified by the Census Bureau, which found:
- Of the 44.7 million non-elderly uninsured individuals identified in the 2004 Census Current Population Survey (CPS) data,
nearly one-third — almost 14 million — were reachable through existing government
health programs such as Medicaid and the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) under current rules.

REACHABLE meaning all these people had to do was enroll! NO money. NO risks! Just enroll! 14 million already eligible only need to register with MEDICAID!

So far we've reduced the 46 million by 10 million NON-Citizens, 14 million that simply had to enroll as they were covered by Medicaid!

That leaves 22 million!

18 million people have declared the right to REFUSE TO BUY health insurance!

They are under age 34.

They make over $50,000 a year. It is cheaper to pay out of pocket the average of $1,000 per year for their health services then take up their employers' health plan.
They are not free loaders as their credit rating depends on their paying their health bills.

That leaves ONLY 4 million when you subtract from 22 million the 18 million that don't want or need to buy insurance!

The myth of 46 million or 20 million is proven by the above! Don't perpetuate it!

All those that thinks taxpayer funded HC is a good idea should be able to whip out those wallets and checkbooks and fund it.

All those that think the idea sucks shouldn't have to fund it.

Problem solved.

Not a fan of obamacare, but the House loons are like fat people addicted to potato chips.

The GOP keeps showing us over and over that they have no interest in governing.

House Republicans sure know how to use taxpayer money wisely. Voting 37 times to repeal a law that has been held up by the SCOTUS.

House Votes For Obamacare Repeal Again

The House voted to repeal Obamacare 229-195. However, the bill will have little hope of passing in the Democratic-controlled Senate.

The decision to hold a vote to repeal Obamacare -- which has already been done 37 times -- was made by Republican leaders looking to appease freshman GOP lawmakers.

“We’ve got 70 new members who have not had the opportunity to vote on the president’s health care law. Frankly, they’ve been asking for an opportunity to vote on it, and we’re going to give it to them,” House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) told reporters last week.

Those freshman Congressmen didn't get to vote on the Iraq invasion either....why don't they reopen that one too?

If Obamacare is so good for Americans, why the exemption list?

The GOP keeps showing us over and over that they have no interest in governing.

That's why we like them...

We don't want to be "governed". We'd prefer to be left the fuck alone.

If you really want to be governed there are better places for you to go.

If you think this is what these douches were voted in to do, it's not me in the wrong country.

I voted for people who promised to roll back the obozocare disaster, and thus "govern" me less.

Did you vote for fascist douches in order to be regulated like cattle? You would be much more comfortable standing in line for venezuelan toilet paper.

yeah, right, the gop leaves people alone ... so long as you're male, white, xchian, straight, college educated with no debt and making over 50K.

And that's how they got us into this fix.

Actually the opposite is occurring. Government payouts for Health Care have been GOING DOWN. And it's even impacting the Deficit..which is ALSO GOING DOWN.
