lol Oh, that'll do it, increase sanctions. Thousands of people die of starvation in NK every year and that has not deterred the government from pursuing nuclear weapons. Increasing sanctions is something the idiot Obama would have thought would suffice, but it is clear that the NK government believes so strongly that it needs a credible nuclear threat that it is willing to have its population suffer under extreme conditions in order to achieve it. If there is a solution to the NK nuclear threat it is through negotiations that will seriously consider NK's security concerns so that it will not feel the need for more nuclear weapons; clearly more sanctions won't do it.
