How Many Of You Have Never Committed A Crime?

Have you broken the law some time in your life?

  • Yes

  • No

  • I'm a Democrat so the law doesn't apply to me the way it does to Republicans

Results are only viewable after voting.
A parking ticket is a little bit different than paying your lawyer to pay off a porn star so that you can attain the highest political position in the world.

It's something that went on for almost two decades, it wasn't unique to the election, therefore it wasn't a crime. It was a dual benefit expense which isn't a valid campaign expense.

You have never gone over the speed limit, forgot to fasten your seatbelt immediately, crossed a street other than at a crosswalk, ever sang happy birthday in public, ever bet in an office pool, ever registered under a fake name, carried a permanent marker with you? If you have done any of these you have broken a law.
Other than when a kid, I can't think of a single criminal law, that I have broken or would have broken....

Can you give examples of things every day people do, that is breaking the law in a criminal sense?
none of those things are CRIMINAL offenses yes as a chid did the jaywalking... again not criminal... the other stuff about singing happy birthday in public... done a thousand times and it is not against any law, where I have lived...I've carried Sharpie permanent markers in my purse every day I've worked, back and forth to work.... never registered under a fake name, why would I? Regardless, those are not criminal offense if they even break the law, they would be civil offenses imo....

I don't remember any pseudocons asking if anyone had never committed a crime when Clinton was being impeached.
This is how you know the writing's on the wall for the Trump Administration.

When self-professed conservatives, Republicans and other assorted Trump supporters are creating threads like this.

They typical response from an asshole that doesn't care if the government is corrupt.
You must be a Democrat.

Democrats don't believe the law matters.
Winning is all that matters, even if winning means you're gonna get fucked like the rest of us by the corrupt motherfuckers you helped get into power.

How is the government corrupt if they are investigating people who broke laws?

You aren't very good at logic are you?

They are investigating people, looking for broken laws. It would be different if they were investigating broken laws to determine who committed them. It's a subtle but very profound difference, there has to be a predicate violation to justify an investigation, that's the law.

They are investigating broken laws. You have no clue what evidence they already have that has led to the current investigations... that's how investigations are handled.

How many of you have never committed a crime?

Anyone who supports the Mueller probe is essentially admitting that eventually Mueller will find something to charge Trump with. Who cares that it's not even remotely related to the original reason for the investigation. Everyone has either accidentally or on purpose, broken laws.

Heck, some people break laws every single day.
If you jaywalk, or go one mph over the speed limit, or parked in a handicapped parking space, you've broken the law.

That is the purpose of the Mueller probe. It is a fraudulent investigation in search of a crime. Anyone who supports this kind of witchhunt is essentially saying that they support overturning the election results at any costs. This is immoral and unconstitutional.

Cops are famous for saying "if you don't have a criminal record, you just haven't been caught yet."

.

His subordinate wanted to blow him. I would have let her too.

But would you have lied about it under oath?

really? who are all these other women? is he still f-ing around and paying women off for it? If he wants to use that as an excuse then he'd have to show that there were all these other women, wouldn't he?

Did he illegally set up fake corporations and fake names for those too? And then pay off Cohen for them later with phony and fraudulent invoices and the cherry on top, take tax write offs for their silence, for all of the other women too?

List of those indicted

1) George Papadopoulos, former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser, was arrested in July 2017 and pleaded guilty last October to making false statements to the FBI. He got a 14-day sentence.

2) Paul Manafort, Trump’s former campaign chair, was indicted on a total of 25 different counts by Mueller’s team, related mainly to his past work for Ukrainian politicians and his finances. He had two trials scheduled, and the first ended in a conviction on eight counts of financial crimes. To avert the second trial, Manafort struck a plea deal with Mueller in September 2018 (though Mueller’s team said in November that he breached that agreementby lying to them).

3) Rick Gates, a former Trump campaign aide and Manafort’s longtime junior business partner, was indicted on similar charges to Manafort. But in February he agreed to a plea deal with Mueller’s team, pleading guilty to just one false statements charge and one conspiracy charge.

4) Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser, pleaded guilty last December to making false statements to the FBI.

5-20) 13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies were indicted on conspiracy charges, with some also being accused of identity theft. The charges related to a Russian propaganda effort designed to interfere with the 2016 campaign. The companies involved are the Internet Research Agency, often described as a “Russian troll farm,” and two other companies that helped finance it. The Russian nationals indicted include 12 of the agency’s employees and its alleged financier, Yevgeny Prigozhin.

21) Richard Pinedo: This California man pleaded guilty to an identity theft charge in connection with the Russian indictments, and has agreed to cooperate with Mueller. He was sentenced to 6 months in prison and 6 months of home detention in October.

22) Alex van der Zwaan: This London lawyer pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI about his contacts with Rick Gates and another unnamed person based in Ukraine. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and has completed his sentence.

23) Konstantin Kilimnik: This longtime business associate of Manafort and Gates, who’s currently based in Russia, was charged alongside Manafort with attempting to obstruct justice by tampering with witnesses in Manafort’s pending case this year.

24-35) 12 Russian GRU officers: These officers of Russia’s military intelligence service were charged with crimes related to the hacking and leaking of leading Democrats’ emails in 2016.

36) Michael Cohen: In August, Trump’s former lawyer pleaded guilty to 8 counts — tax and bank charges, related to his finances and taxi business, and campaign finance violations — related to hush money payments to women who alleged affairs with Donald Trump, as part of a separate investigation in New York (that Mueller had handed off). But in November, he made a plea deal with Mueller too, for lying to Congress about efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.

Because the fucker was caught red handed for perjury and obstruction and plead to both.

But wouldn't those be the famous "process crimes"?

Oh...

Nope, they would be cover up crimes by a sworn member of the bar, he lied in a sworn deposition. It's not like he didn't have a lawyer to advise him. The same reason Cohen had no excuse for breaking the law.

.
BWAHAHAHA....you're makin it up as ya go along

Simple, prove me wrong, Troll.

.
Better idea...support your claims and we'll examine them.

Just saying stupid shit doesn't cut it

Fuck you troll, I named my source, prove I misrepresented it.

The affair happened a decade ago, but the payoff was made weeks before the election. Did Cohen just forget to pay her for ten years?

She wasn't trying to sell her story 10 years ago, but Trump and his friends had a history of paying people to stay quiet to protect his family and his brand. Like John Edwards he will never be convicted in court should it go that far. Of course with all the publicity in the msm, were could you seat an unbiased jury, the press has already pronounced him guilty.

But John Edwards was indicted on six felony charges.

If you voted for hillary, you committed a crime.

Edwards went to trial..because what he was charged with was a crime,. Keep up.

He got off because he convinced a jury he did it to save his wife from knowing.

Trump screwed these women YEARS before and only bought them off when he was trying to get elected.

Can he use that defense?

Only a jury can tell us but it IS a crime
