It does not exist in this country and hasn't for many decades. I have no problem when Democrats attack TRUMP because that is politics. The problem is that the Corporate Media, which should be referees. sides with one side over the other.
In fact, the Corporate Media makes up Negative Fake Stories and the dems just repeat them. Add in the DEEP STATE and you can see there is no such thing as a "Free Democratic Election" in the United States.

1) Violence to shut down opposition(Antifa, BLM)
2) The Goebbels formula of the BIG LIE, that is repeated until many believe its true.

The times, the place, the moderators, BUT, in this case, every member of the commission favors the same candidate. So, of course, they choose moderators that are friendly to their candidate. That moderator will then ask softball questions to their candidate and HARD, FAKE NEWS questions to their opponent.
In this case, the moderator of the 2nd debate used to work in Joe Biden's office, and never gave a thought that this was problematic.

I don't think BIDEN has been asked a tough question since he got the nomination and thanks to the Un-Fairness of the Commission on Presidential Debates, BIDEN escapes evaluation.
