How to get the Senate.

If you want to get the Senate on your side, just give McConnell's wife a cushy job. Worked for W.

Yep.Throw out the establishment!!!!

  • ABC News President Ben Sherwood, who is the brother of Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall, a top national-security adviser to President Obama.
  • His counterpart at CBS, news division president David Rhodes, is the brother of Benjamin Rhodes, a key foreign-policy specialist.
  • CNN’s deputy Washington bureau chief, Virginia Moseley, is married to Tom Nides, who until earlier this year was deputy secretary of state under Hillary Rodham Clinton.
  • White House press secretary Jay Carney’s wife is Claire Shipman, a veteran reporter for ABC.
  • NPR’s White House correspondent, Ari Shapiro, is married to a lawyer, Michael Gottlieb, who joined the White House counsel’s office in April.
  • The Post‘s Justice Department reporter, Sari Horwitz, is married to William B. Schultz, the general counsel of the Department of Human Services.
  • [VP] Biden’s current communications director, Shailagh Murray (a former Postcongressional reporter), is married to Neil King, one of the Wall Street Journal‘s top political reporters.
Yet not a peep from ANY liberal about this.
HOLY FUCK!!!!!!! Call out the National Guard! OMG OMG OMG OMG. What the the supposed purpose here? People in the Press related to lower ranking members of government? A reporter covering justice & an attorney for Human Services??????? Really. This is like Trump giving a cabinet post to McConnell's wife?

Is that anything like a guy won the Presidential Election through a controversial recount in a state where his brother was Governor or something.
Indeed it is. Just as asinine whining about the wife of a Senator getting a job she is MORE than qualified for. You whine about EVERYTHING Trump does but you will get over it or you can keep crying like a bitch for 8 years.

Too funny. Suddenly the McConnel's are alt-right darlings.
McConnell wants to go after ACA as a first priority.

This would kill Trump however in 2020.

Trump needs to leave ACA alone. And Schumer will make sure he leaves it alone or Schumer will be in a good position to recapture the Senate in the 2018 midterms.

Trump need to create infrastructure projects in Wisc, Mich, Pa, Ohio, and Florida -- the swing states that carried him in the election.

If Trump concentrates on anything else then he will be dog meat in 2020 and Kaine will take over his job, with Schumer taking over McConnell's even sooner than that.

The Democrats are now a Sword Of Damocles hanging over Trump's and McConnell's heads.

I think Trump is smart enough to know this.

I don't think it has dawned on McConnell yet though.
Are you that retarded to think people actually WANT the ACA to stay in place? Why do you think Trump won places that have some of the highest rate hikes in the country THANKS to the ACA? Jesus you are dense.

Changes or repeal. Orange Fluff said complete repeal.

Orange Fluff says he would make premiums deductible. (he gets a 39% discount, working people a 10-15% discount & poorer people no discount). He would bring back health savings accounts which most low income people can't fund but the Trumps could pile in money in yet another tax dodge.

The ACA is a good law. It needs some changes to rein in the insurance companies & drug companies.
Lol no he never said repeal completely. He said he was keeping the precondition thing and the part where people can stay on their parents insurance until 26

Liar. He only said that after meeting with Obama after the election. He said repeal.
February 2016 he said this CNN-Telemundo Republican debate in Texas Scroll down it was at a debate so should be fairly easy to find it on youtube.

Q: Senator Rubio, you said that Mr. Trump thinks part of ObamaCare is pretty good. Which part?

RUBIO: The individual mandate. He said he likes the individual mandate portion of it; I don't believe that should remain there. We need to repeal ObamaCare completely and replace it with a system that puts Americans in charge of their health care money again.

TRUMP: I agree with that 100%, except pre-existing conditions, I would absolutely get rid of ObamaCare. I want to keep pre- existing conditions. It's a modern age, and I think we have to have it.

Q: The insurance companies say is that the only way that they can cover people with pre-existing conditions is to have a mandate requiring everybody purchase health insurance. Are they wrong?

TRUMP: I think they're wrong 100%. Look, the insurance companies take care of the politicians [and vice-versa]. The insurance companies are making an absolute fortune. Yes, they will keep preexisting conditions, and that would be a great thing.

OK, it did say that about pre-existing conditions but most said the same thing. then but where is the part about kids staying on parents policies. Since then, Trump boasted numerous times about repealing the ACA,
