I watched some of this. That idiot who thought Guam was in danger of capsizing asked Durham if he didn’t indict Hunter Biden. Durham responded by chucking and saying that Hunter Biden wasn’t a subject of his investigation.

Looking at the DOJ's guidelines Hunter Biden doesn't qualify for any pretrial diversion program.

In situations like this, not just for the Biden’s, if you pay up they just charge you with the lesser offense. The prosecutor explained all that in his statement.
