I Could Be Wrong….

That was her headline, not mine. I would have gone for delusional.

Leftists need to be in a group, they are collectivists, they practice group think. They all have the same position on every issue and for the same reason, that's clearly group think. She seems pretty right on and all you seem to have is nuh uh. You sound like she nailed you at least

And you’re lying. You post threads so you can heap abuse on the FB liberals who discredit and debunk your bullshit.

You can’t even defend the crap you post, nor do you have any debating skills. Reposting your OP endlessly when challenged on its content isn’t “debating”.

Insulting people who debunk your alt-right lies isn’t debating either.

Re-post again sans profanity, and I'll administer the usual thrashing.

President Trump’s recent actions to stop the spread of coronavirus have won him praise from an unlikely source: Representative Ilhan Omar….Omar quoted fellow Squad member Representative Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) as saying “unprecedented times require unprecedented leadership,” and then added that “we are seeing that in our country right now.”

I thank you for the enormous help in our darkest hour of need: ventilators; as you could see, PPE; testing sites. Now, I think, we’re going to be in a very good place thanks to you and your team as it relates to expanding testing dramatically so that we’ll be able to begin to take those steps to reopen. “Gov. Inslee owes US Army, Feds an apology

A week ago, Jay Inslee slammed our federal government for not doing enough for our state.

“The fact is, we cannot get as much help as we would like from the federal government”, he said.

This was a week after the United States Army, under orders from the Trump administration, sent hundreds of soldiers to build a 250-bed hospital at the Century Link Field Events Center.

That hospital has sat empty ever since. Not one patient. On Wednesday, Inslee announced that he wanted the facility disassembled and sent back to the federal government. How much do you think think this assembly and disassembly is costing taxpayers? No one will give me a figure.

Earlier this week, Inslee announced that he is returning 400 ventilators to the feds that we don’t need.

A week ago, he said the administration wasn’t doing enough for our state. Now, it’s clear, they’ve done way too much. A person of integrity would apologize for his phony criticism. That apology, of course, will never come.” Dori: Gov. Inslee owes US Army, Feds an apology

Let me teach you a new word: Spin

Spin…altering the truth without altering the facts.

A lie which has somehow been legitimized by an uneducated public. Seenewspeak, doublespeak

Public relations term, referring to slightly altering facts to portray a desired version of a story.

It applies to your post.

8. This is hardly a new phenomenon, or division. Our Founders were students of the writing of men like Locke, and Hobbes.

“Primacy of the individual vs that of the collective

Locke: “those for whom individual liberty is their first principle of social ordering.”

Lockeans stress rigorous judicial protection of individual rights, especially those of private property and the freedom of contract, that define and protect the zone of sovereignty within which people are free to act as they please.

A fundamental American political doctrine holds that among the unalienable rights every individual possesses is a right to liberty of contract, which includes the right to freely contact to sell one’s labor or to purchase the labor of others. This right cannot be legislated out of existence for casual or disreputable reasons [as in Lochner, where large unionized bakeries demanded laws that limit the number of hours one can work] even when legislatures cloak their reasons in the language of social betterment. This doctrine is often ignored by Progressives in their desire to support collectivism, majority opinion, in opposition to individualism, and to grow the state’s police powers.

Hobbes: “give priority to the need for government power to provide social order and pursue social ends” even if the rights of individuals must be abridged in order to do so.

All progressives are Hobbesians because they say America is dedicate to a process- to a majoritarian decision-making that legitimates the exercise of government powers that favor majorities.

Hobbesians say the core of American principle is the right of the majority to have its way.

Progressives are committed to broad deference to a government’s definition of the collective good and used it to move forward racial integration. Most Americans agreed with Progressives on this, rather than Goldwater’s principled defense of property rights.”

More in George Will’s “The Conservative Sensibility.”

…but that’d be a first!

1.This is what I had in mind: Liberals are fearful folks, and need the reassurance of being part of a mob, a crowd, a group. There is a well-known phrase that memorializes the idea: Lock-Step Liberal. And Lock-stepping has an uncanny similarity to ‘Goose-stepping,’ and we all know what that refers to, the National Socialist Workers Party….er, I mean the Democrat Party.

2. Liberals, in my experience, are fearful folks who need the bodyguard of big government because they are vulnerable, battered emotional hypochondriacs....they need to insure themselves against every societal misadventure that could occur. They call that 'empathy,' but it's actually neurosis. They have some sort of metaphorical bullet lodged near their heart, just waiting for a slight move which will end it all! Thus, the overwhelming feeling of incipient failure, and apprehension. And, recognizing their own weakness, they lash out at those willing to depend on themselves.

3. Coulter put it this way: “The mob mentality is irresistible to people with a desperate need to be popular, and are perennially afraid of getting a bloody nose on the playground of life. A tell-tale sign is the use of terms like “us” and “we” when they write, or speak…as these pronouns speak of popularity, of membership in the larger group…i.e. the mob.”

4. People desperate for a badge of identity are highly susceptible to groupthink, in fierce need of a ‘guide,’ and, so, the “foolish, ignorant, and envious persons are freed from the sense of their insignificance and powerlessness.”
Le Bon, “The Crowd: A Study of The Popular Mind,” p.22.

5. They abhor standing up by themselves and elucidating their beliefs, and their most common statement about beliefs is something like, “yeah….me too!!”

Two things one never comes across is a. a Liberal who can defend and explain the doctrines put forth by their party, and b. one ready to offer several books that have formed his geopolitical outlook.

But they love, love, love being able to point to the throng to which they belong, and claim…”all of us, that’s what we all believe!” Cogs in the big wheel of Liberalism.
The aggregation is their authentication, consensus validates their existence, belonging is what their lives are about….and they know what will happen to them if they digress.

Now, here’s why the above is pertinent. While conservatives are 180° opposite the above characteristics, the result is that we on the Right champion individualism, and those described above, the Left, favor collectivism, group-think, following orders.
And it boils down to this: If Liberals are in power, we become a collectivist, socialist nation.
If conservatives are in power.....freedom and liberty.

They come out of school with a hivemind. Education reform MUST be high up on Trump's Second Term agenda

How do you explain lock step Trumpers? Do they just want to belong to something, because they've been left out for years, and Trump made them feel wanted?

The only things we Conservatives want are limited government and personal Liberty.

Those two things are unacceptable to the filthy Liberals. They demand slavery to the state.

What the Liberals want is to make the US a Socialists shithole so they can get free stuff until the money made under Capitalism runs out.
