It's almost 75% or 3/4. Single family homes have a higher tendency to live in poverty, be less educated, and commit crimes. Each compounds the negative results of the other two. Research proves it.

Blacks have a higher dropout rate before getting a diploma than other groups. Statistically, that means lower income. Blacks commit crimes on a higher proportional rate than any other group.
