According to what? Not the BibleHe thinks we need to learn to fend for ourselves
Of course he does. Who else would he serve? His God?God is not a concierge. He does not exist to serve us
Well if Mr. Sensitive (God) didn't want us scrutinizing his bad design, maybe he should not have created sentient creatures./----/ God doesn't answer to you, Bozo....Why does it makes babies with cancer, or retarded, or deformed, or in pain, or even with all of that together? Is god not capable of a perfect creation? Is it a punishment of some sort?
lol. I am amazed too. "God I cant create a Universe..but I've got a complaint..."
The hubris of the lout.
Yes. According to the Bible. Faith is important.According to what? Not the BibleHe thinks we need to learn to fend for ourselves
That didn't support your claim, to which I responded, in any way whatsoever.Yes. According to the Bible. Faith is important.According to what? Not the BibleHe thinks we need to learn to fend for ourselves
“The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ” (2 Corinthians 4:4).
Then you must be one of those unbelievers he was speaking of.That didn't support your claim, to which I responded, in any way whatsoever.Yes. According to the Bible. Faith is important.According to what? Not the BibleHe thinks we need to learn to fend for ourselves

No, I think you should explain. You are the expert on this magical bullshit, not me.Then you must be one of those unbelievers he was speaking of.That didn't support your claim, to which I responded, in any way whatsoever.Yes. Free will and faith.
Figure it out.
Clearly we are left to our own device but he did not leave us without resources.No......God isn't a Socialist. So the devil is more powerful than god?The Devil has dominion of the Earth....Why does it makes babies with cancer, or retarded, or deformed, or in pain, or even with all of that together? Is god not capable of a perfect creation? Is it a punishment of some sort?
He thinks we need to learn to fend for ourselves.
How do you define success? Maybe you don't understand the purpose of prayer. Maybe you lack complete knowledge. But but but, so many people were praying! Why didn't it work?Well. You didn't " win" WW2, or any other war for that matter.
Genesis tells us mankind's desire was to know both good and evil. If all is good and perfect, how can the desire to know evil be fulfilled?...Why does it makes babies with cancer, or retarded, or deformed, or in pain, or even with all of that together? Is god not capable of a perfect creation? Is it a punishment of some sort?
Reality. You have an erroneous view of what faith is and how it works for good in our lives in practical ways in real life.According to what? Not the BibleHe thinks we need to learn to fend for ourselves
Faith and prayer alters the fabric of our identity especially so during times of challenge. There is purpose in everything. If you find it, it brings peace. No, I think you should explain. /——-/Yet God exists for the believers while at the same time does not exist for the atheist.God is all powerful in the sense that he can do all that is possible. However, there are things that are eternally impossible that not even God can do. A being who can do all that is possible is said to be all powerful. A few examples of things that are eternally impossible are:
Before man/woman was formed with a spirit body and a physical body, he/she self existed as intelligence.
- God cannot both exist and not exist.
- God cannot create from nothing that which self exists.
- God cannot be an all good being and at the same time be an all evil being.
Doctrine and Covenants 93:29
29 Man was also in the beginning with God. Intelligence, or the light of truth, was not created or made, neither indeed can be.
The very core of mankind is intelligence. It is self existent and was not created or made. Because of the self existent nature of intelligence, God could not create that part of mankind. The intelligence of mankind is not in a perfect state. Since God could create the intelligence of mankind, He was left to bring about the perfection of mankind in another way. Mankind would have to learn to choose perfection through a process of learning and experiencing many things. To become a perfect being like God, man would need to have many of the same attributes as God. God is a being of free will. Nobody tells God what to do. He does good continually of his own choosing. To become like God, man would of necessity need to have free will. You can't become like God by force. You have to choose to be like him and love it. God has commanded us:
Matthew 5:48
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
In this statement, God recognizes that we are imperfect beings but commands us to be perfect, even as our Father in heaven is perfect. God would not give us a commandment that would be impossible for us to fulfill. It may take longer that this life time to accomplish such a high and lofty goal, but it is possible. Part of the learning and experiences that mankind must go through to gain knowledge and understanding comes if the form of hardship and adversity. You might say that this life is a school of hard knocks. But if we make the right choices and learn to choose good over evil, we will be on the path to fulfilling his commandment. Some will fail to grasp the importance of being a good being. They will fall short of being able to abide by the celestial law of the kingdom of heaven. Thus there will be other places provided by God for them to go. God's desire is that we all would choose good. But given free will, God does not interfere in our choices unless the choices we make would interfere with the overall plan he has set. For example, if God has chosen an individual that he wants to lead in his kingdom on earth, he may thwart the desires of any who desire to harm or kill that individual.
Some of the hardships of this life might be that we suffer the loss of children who get a disease and die. This may be difficult to bear now, but may be for our eternal progression in the eternity to come. It may be that some of God's spirits are so advanced that they do not need the experiences of this life but only need to receive a body. We don't have all the answers, but little children who die before the age of accountability are alive in Christ and stand to inherit eternal glory.

G-d created a perfect world, where there was no evil, sin, cancer, deformity, or pain.
Man ruined that world, by rebelling against G-d. The Bible says that all of nature itself, groans. Romans 8:22.
This world, and everything in it, is not the way G-d intended it to be. It is this way because humans have rebelled and rejected G-d.
All of the consequences of that, including cancer and deformity, are the result of our actions rejecting G-d.
If you trip over something in the dark, you don't scream at the maker of the chair for making the chair hard on feet. You realize it's because you turned off the light, that caused you to trip on things.
We humans turned off the light of G-d in this world by rejecting him. When stuff trips us up, we can't blame G-d. We can only blame ourselves.
It's like those people who banned G-d from schools, and now we have all these school shootings. You can't blame G-d for bad things happening, in places you banned him from.
