God's kinda funny. He tells Adam "And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.” But after Adam ate the fruit God decided death was too good for Adam, so He substituted eternal hellfire. Now if God were honest and said from the start that eating meant eternal torment, Adam may have had second or third thoughts.I always wondered about that knowing we would fall part. If our time on earth is so short compared to eternity, why would he make people he knew he would be torturing forever? Why wouldn't he just make the people he wanted to keep around? We know he enjoys torturing animals as much as Ted Bundy did, but torturing people is a whole nuther level.

Well, Christian brands, for most of their history, have spent a lot of blood and treasure killing and trying to eliminate other brands.
