SCOTUS ruled in Graham v. Connor....that a cop can shoot an unarmed man...IF that unarmed man is a threat to his life.

Does that make it OK? To libs...no. Does it make it right? Not always.

So....SCOTUS says gays can marry. Does that make it ok? Right?

So....gays getting married and cops shooting some unarmed persons....are both equally legal as far as the law is concerned.
